In all cases, we offer free shipping of digital products on physical storage media (USB or SD card) to the customer who purchased the product.

• This option is available in addition to or instead of digital delivery.
• Products are pre-loaded on a secure USB/SD device and shipped directly to the customer’s provided address.
• No additional cost is charged for this shipping method.
• This method is ideal for customers who prefer offline access or have limited internet capabilities.

4. Order Fulfillment Timeline

The time required to complete an order depends on its complexity and scope:

• Simple orders (e.g., digital access to prebuilt training modules) are generally delivered within 24–48 hours.
• More complex or custom-built software projects may take several days to a few weeks to complete.
• You will be informed of your estimated delivery timeframe during consultation or at the time of order.

Shipping Time for Physical Devices:

• USB/SD delivery may take up to several weeks, depending on the customer's geographical location and local courier service efficiency.
• Tracking information will be provided once the package is dispatched.
