Due to the nature of our products—being digital and/or intellectual property—our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to comply with Philippine laws while protecting the rights of both our customers and our business.
All products sold through our platform are digital, including but not limited to software, software installation services, downloadable content, and online training courses.
Because digital products are intangible and delivered instantly or made accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Once the purchase is completed and the product or service has been delivered or accessed, no returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
Training courses, mentorship materials, and any related content are recognized as intellectual property owned by Pinastechy Way or our partners. Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or duplication of such materials is strictly prohibited under Philippine Intellectual Property Laws.
Please contact our support team within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase with valid proof of the issue. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted only if Pinastechy Way determines that the issue is due to a failure on our part to deliver the product or service as promised.
Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds will be given for change of mind, lack of technical skills, or inability to use the product.
If you lose access to your digital product or training course due to password loss, account issues, or other user-related problems, please contact support. We will assist with restoring access, but this does not constitute grounds for refund.
This Return and Exchange Policy is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), the Intellectual Property Code (RA 8293), and relevant data protection and e-commerce regulations.
